★ HOW THE PERSONALIZATION WORKS ★
You type the text you want, and it is knit into the sweater as a repeating band across the chest, sleeves, and body. Most people put the dog's name on the dog sweater and the dog's name plus MOM or DAD on the human one. The text is yours though, so it can be two dogs' names, the dog's name on both, GRANDMA, or whatever it is you actually call each other. All letters are knit in uppercase. Short text reads cleanest, because the band repeats across the sweater. Longer text simply repeats fewer times.

2. Choose your base color from the color chart photo
3. Choose your size from the size chart photos
4. Add to cart, then come back and add the matching piece
Ordering the matching set? Add each piece one at a time, since the dog sweater and the human sweater are different sizes and usually say different things. For two identical pieces, set the quantity and add them at once.
Please double-check your spelling before you add to cart. The text is knit into the fabric, not printed on it, so it cannot be corrected once knitting starts.

★ MEASURE YOUR DOG BEFORE YOU ORDER ★
Dog sizing is not breed-based, and it is the single most common reason a personalized pet item has to be remade. Please measure. You need two numbers: back length, from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and chest circumference, around the widest point just behind the front legs. Match both to the dog size chart photo. If your dog falls between two sizes, size up. There is a how-to-measure diagram in the listing photos.

★ A NOTE ON COLOR ★
Every screen renders color a little differently, and the same yarn color reads slightly warmer or cooler depending on which color it is knit against. Order from the color chart photo rather than from the lifestyle photos. Off White and White are genuinely different, and Toffee reads browner in person than it does on most phone screens.

Each sweater is knit just for you after you order, which is why nothing here is sitting in a warehouse.
